09/02/2017 - Key Survey Updates

Full Service Resumes:

Key Survey client services have now fully resumed. If you have any Key Survey queries or wish to request a consultation please feel free to contact survey-support@qut.edu.au. Please bear with us for the first few days as our primary support person catches up on recent events.

New Walk In Sessions - February

Two new Key Survey Walk-In sessions have been scheduled for next Thursday and Friday. If you would like to attend please feel free to simply drop in during these times. You can find information regarding these sessions on the Workshops page online.

08/12/2016 - Limited Service Update

Please note that our Limited Client Services period has now been extended until Tuesday, 31st January 2017.

22/11/2016 - Key Survey Updates

Key Survey Walk-Ins (Nov - Dec 2016):

New Key Survey Walk-In sessions have been posted on our website. Please feel free to visit our workshops page frequently as it will be updated as time passes.

The next Walk-In session will take place on Thursday (24th November 2:00 - 3:30pm) at KG-F703.

Abridged Development Session:

For new Key Survey users, we will be running a 2 part Abridged Development Session on December 14th to help teach you about topics covered in the official workshop. Registrations will follow the format of the walk-ins and it is recommended that you bring a mobile device (e.g. laptop or tablet) with internet connectivity.

End-Of-Year Holiday and Limited Service Period:

Key Survey Services will be Limited to "Survey Activations" only between Tuesday 3rd January 2017 and Wednesday 18th January 2017. The system will continue to run and no existing surveys or data will be affected.

There will be no Key Survey client services available on the QUT and End-Of-Year Public holidays (26th December, 2016 - 2nd January, 2017).

If you have any queries regarding surveys that you will run during this period please attend a walk-in session or send an email to survey-support@qut.edu.au by close of business Wednesday 21st December.

Key Survey Upgrade:

We are currently testing a new version of Key Survey and hope to roll it out by January 2017. We will provide more information as time passes.

05/10/2016 - Key Survey Development 1 Workshop Postponed

Due to unforeseen circumstances the next Key Survey Development 1 workshop has been moved to the following date:

  • DATE: Monday 17th October
  • TIME: 9:30am - 12:00pm
  • VENUE: KG-R306

Registrations for this class have also been extended till 5:30pm, Friday 14th October.

23/08/2016 - KS CAB Day Cancelled

Due to a lack in attendee numbers, tomorrow's workshop at Caboolture Campus has been cancelled.

If you would like to nominate a new time for a Caboolture session, please send your expressions of interest to survey-support@qut.edu.au
