Mapping Australian Videogame Makers

Thank you for choosing to take part in the Mapping Australian Videogame Makers survey. This survey forms one part of the “Informal, formal, embedded: Australian game developers and skills transfer” research project. The purpose of this project is to track the practice, challenges, and innovations of Australian videogame developers. To this end, this survey aims to paint a broad snapshot of the diversity of videogame development practices and cultures currently active in Australia.

Who is this survey for?
Anyone residing in Australia who contributes to the creation of videogames or game-like software of any type is encouraged to participate. Professional, amateur, indie, commercial, serious, hobbyist, student. If you contribute to the creation of videogames in some capacity, I would love to hear from you!

What do I need to do?
This survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes, and will ask you questions about your experiences around videogame development. Please note that
every question is optional unless otherwise stated.
