Client Service Disruption Dates

This page displays dates when Key Survey services will be scheduled as "Limited" or "Restricted", due to Public Holidays, Limited Service Periods or System Upgrades.

Limited Client Services: November 2017 - January 2018

What happens to Key Survey on Public Holidays?

All Key Survey services (listed below) WILL NOT be provided on public holidays:

  • Creation of New Survey Accounts
  • Survey Activations
  • Workshops
  • Consultations
  • Answers to general & technical queries
  • NOTES:
    • The Key Survey system itself WILL ALWAYS be active and periodically checked by administrative staff.
    • If you encounter any serious technical problems during public holidays, i.e.:
      • Prolonged "Page not found" errors when trying to access the system.
      • Prolonged "Page is currently unavailable" messages when trying to access the system.
      • A large number of respondents are unable to access your survey (due to seeing the above errors).
    • ...please contact the IT Helpdesk for support.

What happens to Key Survey during Limited Service?

All Key Survey services (listed below) WILL NOT be provided during Limited Service:

  • Creation of New Survey Accounts
  • Workshops
  • Consultations
  • Answers to general & technical queries
  • NOTES:
    • The Key Survey system itself WILL ALWAYS be active and periodically checked by administrative staff.
    • You can request survey activations as normal and they will be processed
    • All queries should be sent to survey-support@qut.edu.au:
      • Any query that can be resolved quickly and easily will be responded to.
    • If you encounter any server related problems, i.e.:
      • Prolonged "Page not found" errors when trying to access the system.
      • Prolonged "Page is currently unavailable" messages when trying to access the system.
      • The appearance of a "License has Expired" message when trying to log in.
      • A large number of respondents are unable to access your survey (due to seeing the above errors).
    • ...please contact Survey Support first followed by the IT Helpdesk (if no support is provided in a timely fashion).
