20/02/2019 - Key Survey Updates
Key Survey will face the following updates over the coming weeks:
- Key Survey Request forms will be migrated to HEAT
- A new Online Surveys website is currently in development
Forms migrated to HEAT will be easier to keep track of and ensure timely processing. Survey Support will be updating all links to forms once they have been published and we will keep you updated on our progress.
The Key Survey website has been reviewed with upcoming changes to the service in mind. A new prototype is currently in development and will be presented for approval once completed. Please stay tuned as more updates will be made available to all users via email

22/01/2019 - Online Survey Updates
Happy New Year & Welcome to 2019! We would like to share the following updates regarding Key Survey for Semester 1, 2019:
Walk-Ins & Workshops
Official Key Survey workshop times have now been drafted for January to July, 2019. Please feel free to check out the Workshops page for further details and registration.
Please note that registrations for these classes (except for the Abridged Workshop on February 8th) will open on Monday, February 25th 2019.
Online Survey Transition Updates:
The date for submission of our Business Propsal and request for funding has been shifted to Monday, March 11th. This date has been finalised and no further delays will occur. Until we have approval for funding, Key Survey will remain QUT's central surveying software. Once we have approval, an official announcement regarding the next phase will be published to all users.
The Key Survey website is also scheduled to face an upgrade as part of the transition process. Please stay tuned as more information will be made available once funding is confirmed.

21/09/2018 - Service Updates for October 2018
Key Survey's primary support person, Donald G, will be going on leave commencing Thursday September 27th and ending on Monday 22nd October. During this time, we would like to keep our Key Survey service running at the highest capacity possible, rather than going straight into Limited Service.
From Thursday 27th September, please direct all phone calls and email enquiries to the IT Helpdesk and HiQ. Items will be triaged accordingly and answered as per ususal. Please bear with our secondary support staff if they take a bit longer to respond to queries.

17/07/2018 - Service Updates
Full client services for Key Survey has now resumed. We will be going over any queries left unanswered over Limited Service and respond as soon as possible.
There will be another Key Survey upgrade coming soon to help resolve technical issues. A separate notice will be issued once the date and time for this disruption is confirmed.
Workshops and classes for Semester 2 will go up by the end of this week. Please feel free to check our Workshops page over the next few weeks for more details and registration links.

14/05/2018 - Disruption: Upgrade to v8.19
Key Survey will be upgraded to v8.19 on Wednesday 16th May at 10pm. Please note that the Key Survey system will go offline for the duration of the upgrade (2 Hours).
